During difficult times we all have the desire to pull our hair out, and as the recession begins to hit home it seems we are quite literally pulling our hair out.
Us boffins at 360innovate happened to be over at Google Trends noseying about and it came as quite a suprise to see that searches for ‘hair loss products’ has seen a significant increase in recent months, call us mad but could this be a direct correlation with the current recession?
The Hair Loss society states that it is quite common for hair to fall out when the mind and body is undergoing extreme stress. Looking at the table below it is difficult to deny that as the recession has got worse, the increase in hair loss searches has got higher. What does this mean? If Gordon Brown doesn’t sort the economy out is the country going to be full of baldies?
