Cathcart & District Housing Association (CDHA) sought to create an online presence that its target market could easily relate to. 360innovate were appointed the task of bringing the association's image up to date.
Cathcart & District Housing Association sought to redevelop its existing website. Feedback revealed that the existing design and layout was incredibly difficult to navigate, leading it to exclude users.
In line with the redevelopment of the website it was identified that the corporate branding required a refresh. This project would include the design of a new logo and corporate stationary.
Working with the Housing Association, 360innovate were able to produce a professional brand identity including a corporate logo.
In order to deliver on Cathcart & District Housing Association online requirements 360innovate proposed a content managed system that would allow Cathcart & District Association to edit content within the website. It was identified that usability was a key factor for the success of the website; 360innovate proposed a simple site design that would be accessible to all web users regardless of computer literacy. The primary aim was to create a professional looking website that reflected the approachable and caring nature of the Association.
Following its development the new website has experienced a month on month traffic increase of 11%. Since the website launch there has been a 50% rise in the number of visitors searching for the Cathcart Housing Association in the search engines, and visitors are spending 40% longer viewing 20% more pages within the website.
