Drum Central required an improved Ecommerce solution that closely reflected their offline reputation as trustworthy experts in the UK musical percussion industry.
Drum Central were looking to create an online experience that matched the level of service and expertise that customers visiting a Drum Central store would receive.
Providing a service that targets all types of percussion musician from beginner to professional, the site had to appeal to a diverse cross section of the public and provide a user experience that made accessing information on products and buying them as simple as possible.
Using Drum Central's existing branding as a starting point 360innovate created a design that attempts to appeal to all types of user, from the wizened rocker to the parents of precocious kids looking for their first drum-kit.
The finished design and interface combines contemporary visuals with an intuitive and simple buying process that allows the Drum Central administrators to give quality information to their customers.
