Junior Search Engine Optimiser/Marketer - Sep 07

An excellent opportunity has arisen within one of the Scotland’s leading Online Media and Marketing Companies to join an experienced and highly motivated SEO & Search Engine Marketing team based in Glasgow.

Your role will be to help manage client’s Search Engine Optimisation/Marketing needs and provide a top quality service. Excellent communication skills and a passion for the web are a good starting point. Full training will be provided.

New Business Executive - Sep 07

Field based business to business sales executive with two years experience and a minimum one year track record required for innovative Glasgow based multimedia company.

The preferred candidate will have a Basic Salary of 18-22k with an OTE of £36k, inclusive of laptop, mobile phone and fuel card.

Driving license and car required.

The preferred candidate will be required to complete the sale from introduction through to account management. Daily responsibilities will be to source own leads, approach targeted companies, demonstrate services to prospective clients through to completion and closure of business.

The successful candidate must have an enthusiasm and motivation to self-manage and attain, not only target but exceed minimum required targets. Excelling employees are rewarded accordingly.

The 360 Innovate Hiring Process

As soon as a job becomes available at 360 innovate that suits your skills and experience, firstly apply by sending your C.V. Application received

Once you have applied by sending your C.V you will be contacted by the relevant department head who will explain the next steps and what will be expected of you during the hiring process, and importantly what its like to work at 360innovate.

Telephone interview
Your CV and skills match the role The telephone interview is the next process that will assesses your skills competency and aptitude, this process allows us to determining whether you should be brought into the office for person to person interviews. The telephone interview will last approximately 20-25 mins and will be conducted by either a line manager or someone in a similar role.

Onsite Interview
Our technical interview process evaluates your programming, problem solving, coding and development structure as well as analytical skills, this interview will be chaired by a senior technical person from different teams. You will be asked questions related to your area of expertise and be given live problem or change requests to complete.
The interview process for business, sales and other positions evaluate your problem solving, selling and character abilities. In these questions there is not always a right answer, as we are looking for problem solving and creativity skills as well.

2nd Stage Onsite interview by vote.
All candidates who are interviewed at 360 innovate will be asked to talk to at least three employees from management and relevant departments Everyone’s opinions count and we value our current employees input and decision making. This process does lengthen the hiring period, but by doing so we believe it pays off in the long run and helps to ensure that the people involved in our business are the right ones. Thus ensuring our longevity and making sure we have a happy work environment and a forward thinking customer focused organisation.

The final stages
  Following the interview hiring process above we will aim to make a decision within two weeks if your suitable for the opening that you have applied for, and if nessecary perform further reference and background checks. We take the hiring process very very seriously and like to take our time making informed decisions.
