Overview

Vanilla Blush are a successful underwear brand who focus on providing luxury underwear and swimwear to people living with stomas.

Formed in 2008 Nicola Dames, the company was created to fill a gap in the underwear market for people affected by bowel conditions.

The company has grown from its original concept into an award winning international brand and has received praise from the industry and even Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.

Vanilla Blush came to us seeking an online presence that matched their ambitious offline branding and would allow for future growth. 

Challenge

Vanilla Blush had an existing presence that was severely out of date and was causing customers difficulty with ordering products.

They required an e-commerce solution that could cater to the needs of their growing customer base and allow for an ever expanding range of products to be updated easily and marketed effectively.

Solution

As a provider for the NHS they also had unique sub-set of users that required certain products to be provided by prescription. We created a fully functioning e-commerce solution that also catered to the unique needs of the prescription customers.

Vanilla Blush, like all of our website solutions, is fully mobile responsive and built from the ground up to cater for their specific needs.

Result

After launch the website saw an immediate upturn in direct sales thanks to a simplified ordering process.

The new prescription ordering system was huge improvement for regular users and allowed more and more customers to use the feature.
