Who we are
Ashtad Ltd, trading as 360innovateAI, is an AI services agency based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC571322, at 9 Shotts Street, Glasgow G33 4JB. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it. Ashtad Ltd is the data controller for that information.
What we collect, and why
When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and company name (if given), any preferred day or time for a call, and your message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you ask us to do. If you sign up for our email updates we collect your email address and use it only to send those updates; you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us. We do not use any of this information for other marketing without your separate, explicit consent, and we never sell it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies unless you agree to them. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck, which tells us what to improve. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data on our behalf, including outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not use it to identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly as it otherwise would. You can change your answer at any time using the cookies link at the foot of any page, which also removes the cookies already set. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking individuals across sites, so it needs no consent.
Lawful basis
For enquiries we rely on your consent (given when you tick the box on the contact form) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. For spam protection we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and free of abuse. For analytics cookies we rely on your consent, given by accepting them when asked; you can withdraw it at any time using the cookies link at the foot of any page. You can withdraw consent for anything else at any time by contacting us.
Spam protection
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. To do that it processes your IP address and technical information about your browser, and it may set a short-lived cookie. This check is necessary for us to accept enquiries at all.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. If it does not lead to ongoing work, we delete it within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the working relationship and our legal obligations require.
Who can see it
Your data is handled by 360innovateAI and by the service providers that run this website and our email, who process it on our instructions. They are Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery, spam protection and privacy-first analytics), Microsoft (our mailboxes and the delivery of messages sent from this site), and Google (Google Analytics). Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
